EM Waves as the Propagation of Fluctuations of "Electrostatic" Spacetime Curvature

If we assume that electrostatic acceleration is due to a curvature of the space dimension in relation to an extra dimension (see Electrostatic Acceleration as the Result of Spacetime Curvature) which is produced by the presence of electric charge, then (as an initial working hypothesis) electromagnetic waves may be fluctuations of this curvature. If this proves correct, what "waves" in electromagnetic waves is spacetime itself –-spacetime is the "ether."
